Want the best of both worlds? Train with me in person 1x a week and get a customized program to follow on your own for the rest of the week. This is perfect if you need accountability and coaching, but also want flexibility.

Training is always more fun with a partner! Whether it's your spouse, best friend, or gym buddy, split the session and push each other to get stronger together! You will be completing the same workouts, but they will be slightly tailored to your personal needs/ preferences to meet you where you're at and get you to where you want to be!

Open for the public to come and use the space. you would have access to the gym room and use an online booking to schedule your time slot for gym use- you will use the gym ON YOUR OWN, no training included during open gym hours.)
